MailBot acts as an intelligence layer on top of your existing Gmail account. We only request the minimum Google OAuth scopes necessary to synchronize your emails, draft responses, and build your automated CRM directory.
2. Security & Encryption
Security is our highest priority. All OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using military-grade AES-256-GCM encryption.
Our infrastructure relies on secure Google Cloud Pub/Sub webhooks, ensuring your email data is processed securely and rapidly without lingering in our databases longer than strictly necessary.
3. Artificial Intelligence Processing
MailBot leverages Groq LLMs for blazing fast inference and AI-assisted drafting. When analyzing an email thread to generate a response, the content is securely transmitted for processing.
Your email data is never used to train generalized AI models.
